OUR PALS
Hart Events are so grateful to work with so many epic pals (clients feels too formal for us, and our clients turn into our mates so feels right) on various requirements of their events. Everything from full event management, vendor management, site management, partial site management, crewing etc.
Please refer to the ‘Events’ tab on what events are currently live and what type of vendors we are seeking for which of these events. The below is a list of our epic clients we have had the pleasure of working with!

THE ENTERTAINMENT GROUNDS
Working with the team at The Entertainment Grounds, we are organised food vendors and kids entertainment for both Beats n Eats and Twilight Race Day.

CENTRAL COAST REGIONAL SHOW
We are a full service for the committee running the Regional Show. We organised vendors, stage entertainment, production, marketing, social media and overall site and event management, as well as attend every committee meeting.

REGIONAL YOUTH SUPPORT SERVICES
Working with our pals at Regional Youth Support Services on Central Coast Comicon, we offer a full vendor and traffic management. Throw in some site management to help the team (cause we love our pals at RYSS) and you’ve got a really great day that saw over 5,000 people through the gate!

LAKE MACQUARIE CITY COUNCIL
We have organised vendors and site management for Lake Mac Fest (Belmont site) and both Float Your Boat events, including some programming of stage, kids entertainment and theming.

LAKE MAC & NEWCASTLE PRIDE
We are doing full vendor management for both events, including taking and processing applications, invoicing vendors, document checking etc. -
CENTRAL COAST MUSIC & ARTS - PSALT
PSALT is the final marquee event as part of the Tubular Festival in Gosford on the 25 November 2023.
Working the legends at Central Coast Music & Arts, we are providing full event and site management, with a little bit of vendor management for fun.
