Event Application form.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business, maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, apply to have a stall space at the Central Coast Christmas Fair or any other events we run!

We are currently full for vendors at the 2020 Central Coast Christmas Fair. If you would like to be notified when applications open for 2021 and/or any other events we are running, please complete the below form to be added to the Hart Events database.

Your Stall & Product

You will need to submit 3 photos of your stall set up and product.
Please email your 3 images to vendors@hartevents.com.au to complete your application. Applications without photos won't be considered.
Please note, you are to bring your own marquee and appropriate weights to attend the event.

Please note, there are additional costs associated with power, which will be advised once you have been confirmed.

Please read the COVID Safe plans that will be implemented on the event day. No vendor will be allowed to trade without complying to these regulations to ensure we have a safe event for all, so please read the plans carefully!
