WE’RE A COVID Safe EVENT COMPANY.

The safety of our visitors, vendors and staff is paramount. Hart Events pride themselves on creating a safe event site, both in general site safety and also in light of the COVID-19 situation. 

Hart Events has created and implemented a COVID-19 safety plan for all current events, including the Central Coast Christmas Fair.

Please note, every person onsite needs to scan the QR code and check in via the Services NSW app. Please ensure the Services NSW app is already downloaded on your device PRIOR to attending the event. If you have to install the app, it may delay your entry and you will be asked to wait to the side.

The measures that we are taking to ensure we are COVID Safe onsite are as follows:

  • All visitors are required to sign in by scanning the QR code onsite and registering through the Services NSW app. This helps with contact tracing and is mandatory prior to entry. Visitors will need to show their check in confirmation at the entry point

  • All visitors and vendors will need to hand sanitise when entering the site

  • If anyone (visitor, vendor or staff member) are feeling unwell, please DO NOT ATTEND

  • Should anyone become unwell during the event, they will be taken to the exclusion zone to minimise the impact to other people

  • All entry points will be confirming that you have checked in & counting the number of people entering to ensure we don’t exceed the capacity

  • Visitors are encouraged to follow the flow of people, which will be indicated onsite

  • All persons are encouraged to social distance from other people while at the event, and maintain this distance throughout the event. Hart Events is planning wide walkways to give people enough space to maintain social distancing, and encourage all visitors to be sensible. If there is not enough room to distance, head another way or come back later!

  • Hart Events encourages all visitors, vendors & staff to download the COVIDSafe app, which will aid in contact tracing. See HERE for more information

  • All vendors are required to provide hand sanitiser at their stall for all visitors & staff to use when entering their stall

  • All vendors will discourage people touching their goods unless they are purchasing

  • All vendors must be registered as COVID Safe businesses and can be asked to produce the COVID Safe plan at any point in time during the event.

  • All vendors are strongly encouraged to prioritise digital payments (eftpos/square) to minimise the use of cash

  • All vendors must encourage their staff to take breaks within the stall space. Extra space has been provided to allow this, which will minimise the movement and seating of people around the event site.
